Hon. Leticia Barcelona, Hon. Leopoldo Graganta Jr., Hon. Cielito Gumiran, Hon. Amando Acosta Jr., Hon. James Lucas, Hon. Oscar Pinalgan and Hon. Gregory Cris Carbonel participated in various activities and sessions organized by the PCL, such as plenary sessions, workshops, exhibits, and networking events.

His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., who graced the occasion as the keynote speaker and oath-taking officer to PCL’s new set of officers, urged the councilors to maintain transparency and accountability in the performance of their duties, and to avoid any corrupt practices that could taint their integrity. He also emphasized the importance of focusing on tasks that benefit the people and addressing the needs of every sector of society.

As a local government association with a large constituency, the PCL remains committed to improving the quality of life of Filipinos through effective local legislation and by keeping up with contemporary and emerging trends in local administration and development.
